Funding
The subject centres offer mini-project/small grant funding (HSaP | MEDEV), and support for other activities such as events/workshops (HSaP | MEDEV), special interest groups (see each centre's website), and competitions for staff and students (HSaP | MEDEV).
Call for mini-project proposals 2010
The annual mini-project call for proposals from Health Sciences and Practice and Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine closed on 30 September 2010. The call from both subject centres was aligned in order to enable us to fund projects separately or jointly. The themes for 2010 are:
• Developing practice education for students
• Employability and employee learning
• Education for Sustainable Development
• External examining
• Interprofessional education
• Implications of a devolved United Kingdom
• Reward & Recognition
• Student engagement including the National Student Survey
